When you pre-order an item, sit back and relax while our warehouse handles the rest. Once your item arrives with us, we’ll perform our typical quality checks up to DUNCAN AVERY standards, then ship your item directly to you. Just like a normal order, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once it does.
Pre-order items will have expected shipping dates, so you have an idea of when to expect your tracking number. Please note that these dates are estimates. If you have any questions at all about your pre-order item or shipping date, give us a call or email for more information.

WILL MY GARMENT FADE AFTER A COUPLE WASHES?
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.
When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.
